As long as the scrap is yours to dispose of, you commit no offence
by selling it to us . . there are however a few things we may ask
you to help us process your transaction in the most efficient way !

To enable us to comply with current regulations regarding 'Waste',
we have to ask whether you produced the scrap you are selling
or is it part of your 'trade waste'. This may affect your possible
requirement to obtain a waste carriers license - so, please
ask for advice !

Scrap from your 'own home' is exempt as is scrap sold
in . . 'Aid of Charities' and other 'Voluntary Organisations'.
